Which of These is Going on Your Meal Plan Next Week? 🍳 🌮 🍝 - your weekly eats and treats from Cupcakes & Kale Chips

How are you this week? I've done a lot of cooking, a lot of writing, and a lot of running the kids around this week. So I'm happy to be going to the movies with friends on Friday night and hanging out with my guys the rest of the weekend.

What's trending? I promise, making your own Air Fryer Rotisserie Chicken tastes better than anything from the store!

You can easily round out your dinner menu for next week just with the recipes in this email. But don't forget about the One Dish, Four Ways Cookbook that you can pre-order NOW as a go-to resource for months and years to come.

Tackle Meatless Monday with breakfast for dinner...

I love throwing this dish together on days when I have no time. Just a few ingredients, wash up some fruit, and toast a few slices of gluten free bread and dinner is done. It's also a great meal prep option to have on hand to reheat all week.

Want a meaty option? The unexpected flavor combination in these Hawaiian Scrambled Eggs is salty-sweet deliciousness!

Pasta night just got extra-delicious...

This classic dish it truly super simple to make. It's for all those pasta lovers out there, but it's even more satisfying with hearty meat sauce and gooey cheese.

Have a little more time? You should definitely make the World's Best Gluten Free Lasagna!

A winner of a chicken dinner that can last all week...

This is one of my favorite big-batch recipes. Toss chicken, slasa, and some seasonings in the crockpot and let it cook all day, then stretch it out with black beans to make it extra budget-friendly. Then use it for tacos, nachos, salads, burrito bowls, and more.

Still have leftovers? Roll it up into some cheesy Easy Chicken Enchiladas!

My favorite Fish Friday dinner...

I'm not a huge fish fan, but the sweet and savory glaze caramelized on this salmon gets me eating my seafood. That is, if I can fight off my family of fish-lovers. Serve it with some rice and broccoli.

Want something even easier? Buy or make some gluten free fish sticks for Fish Stick Tacos!

And if you need something sweet...
